Q: Why choose Smallfry Media for your Vancouver photobooth rental?

With our photobooth built from the ground up, we’ve designed the booth to deliver the best quality photos and printouts possible. With a background in commercial photography, our lighting setup captures the best smiles. We’re not afraid to show off how our photobooth looks like! With a traditional enclosed photobooth setup, even the shy at heart won’t be afraid to have a great time!

Q: How does your photobooth work?

Guests and party people just need to sit themselves in the booth and follow the instructions on screen. Your guests will be able to see themselves on screen with a live preview and when they are ready, they just need to press a large button to start the process. Four consecutive shots are taken within seconds, sent to the printer and then guests can retrieve their photo on the side of the photobooth. Our professional on-site attendant will assist your guests in the entire process.

Q: How do guests choose between black and white or colour photos?

Two big buttons make it easy for your guests to choose between black and white or a coloured print out! If you prefer only one option, we can preset it for your guests.

Q: Can we brand the printouts with our slogan, logo or message?

We don’t want all the credit. We can brand each image with your own company logo, slogan, date, or anything really.

Q: What kind of quality of shots and print outs should I expect from your photobooth?

We use high quality equipment boasting a high quality digital camera to capture all the beautiful detail with flattering professional strobe lighting. Photos are printed from a state of the art photo printer on high-grade photo paper, just like what you get from a photo lab.

Q: What is needed to setup the photobooth?

Our setup is simple. All we need is an (preferably) unshared 12V power source preferable within close proximity and we prefer the booth to be situated indoors.

Q: How long does it take to setup the photobooth?

It takes our professional attendant about 20 minutes to setup the full photobooth and we’ll be so quiet, you won’t even know we’re there.

Are we limited to how many photos or prints we can take in our rental period?

The number of photos are unlimited but on average, it takes about one minute per group to finish the entire process. We always encourage guests to line up again to use the booth again once everyone has had a chance to use it.

Q: What size are the photo print outs?

Our prints are printed on a 4×6 sheet of professional grade photo paper.

Q: Can we have soft copies of all the photos that are taken at our event?

Yes! We give you a USB with all the original quality photos taken at your event to take home with you!
